Mozilla Firefox is a free, open source, cross platform, graphical web browser developed by the Mozilla Corporation and hundreds of volunteers. Beginning as a fork of the Navigator component of the Mozilla Application Suite, Mozilla Firefox has since become the foundation's main development focus (along with the Thunderbird mail and news client), replacing the Mozilla Suite as the foundation's official main software release.

With over 25 million downloads in the 99 days after the initial 1.0 release, Mozilla Firefox became one of the most downloaded free and open source applications, especially among home users. Mozilla Firefox 1.5 was released on November 29, 2005, with more than 2 million downloads within the first 36 hours. Now Fire Fox version 2.0 is relaeased.

Once you have downloaded Firefox, Double click the Download Firefox Setup installer to start the install.
Uninstalling Mozilla Firefox..
To uninstall Mozilla Firefox, Firstly from the Start menu, choose Control Panel. When the Control Panel appears, double click Add/Remove Programs. Find "Download Firefox" in the list and click Remove to uninstall.
These instructions leave your profile in place in case you install Firefox again in the future. If you wish to remove your profile folder, remove the location described below in the "Profile Folder" section. Note that by doing this you are destroying all of your Bookmarks, saved passwords, settings and other information and should you decide to use Fire fox again you will be starting with a clean profile.
