FLT has a vacany for a Data Entry Project Admin.

The Data Entry Project Admin provides general administrative support for field management and technicians and the in-house managment team. This position will be responsible for heavy service partner data entry and verification of service partner invoicing for FLT districts. Duties will also include processing numerous technician expenses, producing and analyzing reports, Excel Spreadsheet manipulation, back up phones for the Receptionist desk and various administrative tasks.

This position ensures the delivery of outstanding customer service and that all assignments and associated reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of general administrative experience in a fast paced, customer driven business environment. The candidate will also have extreme attention to detail, strong computer skills, exercise good work ethic, be comfortable with multiple tasks, meet deadlines and be an outstanding team player.

Other requirements:
•Outstanding customer service skills
•Good math skills and follow-up skills
•Experience using MS Excel for entering data and generating reports, solid data entry skills and ability to proof own work
•Minimum of one year in a customer service role, accounts payable experience helpful.
•Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
